“ClosedBy Academy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ClosedBy LLC. This policy covers personal information we handle when you visit our website, watch our training, complete an application, contact us, or use our coaching and related services.
Other websites and services linked from our pages have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when you use them.
Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with us, this can include your name, email address, phone number, social profile, application responses, sales experience, goals, communications, and information you share during calls or coaching. If you enroll, we may also handle account and purchase details.
Information collected through the site
When you visit, we and our service providers may receive your IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, referral information, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with the site, video, forms, and ads. Our application form can receive campaign parameters, including UTM tags and fbclid, when they are present in the page URL.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from advertising platforms, analytics providers, form providers, scheduling tools, payment providers, and other services you use to interact with us, subject to their settings and policies.
How we use information
- Deliver training, review applications, assess fit, arrange calls, and provide services you request.
- Respond to questions and communicate about your application, account, or enrollment.
- Operate and improve our website, forms, video, training, and customer support.
- Measure website and advertising performance, including campaign attribution.
- Send marketing communications where permitted and subject to your choices.
- Protect our systems, prevent misuse, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
Mobile information and SMS consent
When you opt into ClosedBy Academy text messages, we collect your mobile number and records of your consent, such as the time, source, and scope of the opt-in. We may also process message content, replies, delivery records, and opt-out requests to operate the program and honor your choices. ClosedBy is the message sender; Roezan is our messaging service provider.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferable to another sender’s marketing program. The general sharing, advertising, and business-transaction provisions in this policy do not override these protections.
We may provide the information necessary to operate this SMS program to Roezan, messaging delivery providers, wireless carriers, and support providers acting on our behalf. This limited processing is for message delivery, customer support, security, and consent or opt-out administration, not those providers’ independent marketing. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. We retain consent and suppression records as needed to document permission and avoid messaging people who have opted out.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the program. You may receive a final unsubscribe confirmation, after which program messages stop unless you opt in again. Cookies, pixels, and similar technology
Our site and embedded services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tools to make the site work, understand visits, remember preferences, measure conversions, and support advertising. Third parties may collect information directly through their embedded tools or scripts. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies, although parts of the site may then work differently.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. For texts from our SMS program, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. If you are in a location where an appeal right applies and we deny a request, you may ask us to reconsider using the contact method below.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the type of record, whether an application or customer relationship remains active, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and whether the information is needed to resolve a dispute or protect our rights. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy protections in those countries may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism.
Children’s privacy
Our training and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
